We will ship out items within 3-5 business days of purchase. Once sent we will contact you with a tracking number. Please inspect your purchase after its arrival. If it appears damaged in transport please email saltpondjewelry@gmail.com and we will issue you a refund or slip to mail it back for a replacement.
